Evidara provides an AI-powered verification platform designed to assist auditors and controllers in reconciling sustainability reports against evidence files. The Service is a tool to assist in the audit process but does not replace professional judgment or constitute a formal audit opinion itself.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Important: Evidara is a technology provider, not a certified public accounting firm. Output from the Service should be verified by a qualified professional before being relied upon for regulatory filings.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EVIDARA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
